Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage plan. You'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fee.
How do I export or download my data?
Each quote can be downloaded as a PDF from the quote detail page. Bulk data export is not yet available as a self-serve feature. Email support@quotably.app with "Data export" in the subject and we will review the request manually.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@quotably.app with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We review account-deletion requests manually and delete or anonymize the data we can remove, while retaining records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
What does Quotably cost?
The Starter plan is free and includes up to 5 quotes per month — no credit card required. Pro is $19/month (USD) or €19/month (EUR), with a yearly option at $190/year or €190/year available at checkout. Pro includes unlimited quotes, custom fee rules, and a sample quote library. All prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT added where required).
How does the public quote link work?
Each quote gets a unique public link (e.g. quotably.app/q/abc123). Anyone with the link can view the quote — there is no password. The link is not an authentication mechanism; it is a shareable view of your quote. You control who you share it with.
I didn't receive my sign-in email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. Magic links expire after 24 hours, so request a new one if needed. If the problem persists, try a different browser or contact support@quotably.app.
